I just thought I would share some questions ive been having. about the process of submiting art to groups.
Perhaps someone out there walks by with the answers to the troubles ive been having..

First, why the heck dosen´t every group every group write as the very first thing how many pictures you can submit?
Im a member of quite a few groups, beacause I wanna share my work with people and not neccesairily be an active social member in every group. So everytime Ive uploaded new pictures, often quite alot of them at the same time, I check wich groups are most fitting for the artwork and go there to submit. Cuz the "submit to group" function never seem to work. Or am im doing that wrong? Cuz I can only see very few of the groups im a member in. And I certainly can´t remember all the names of the gruops im a member in so I can´t really use the search function in there either.
Anyway, i go to the groups, and the first thing I wanna know, is how many pictures can i post in this group. 5 pictures, 1 a week, 1 a month? And I allways have to scroll and click around to get this very basic information. Sometimes it dosen´t even exist.

Next thing. How the heck do I know if I posted a picture to a group before or not? Deviantart really should have a function that lets you see in every group what you posted allready. Not only so you don´t post the same thing twice, but also soknow if you have missed to post a work of your art that really would suit the group. This is especially important in groups that you join late, and you are allowed to post only very few artworks at a time. Heck I wont remember wich pictures I sent where and wich I artworks I should send next.

So.

Three things:

1. Is there a special place you can see how many pictures you can submit to a group.
If not, please fix it deviantart, or please groups, start being a bit more clear.

2. "Submit to groups"-function. Why the heck can´t I see all my groups.

3. How can I know if I sent a picture to a group or not, and also wich I have sent so I know wich ones to send next.


Anyone got some answers to any one of these questions. PLEASE let me know.
